Nissan India has introduced the Micra CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) hatchback with a new Sunshine Orange body colour as well as new all-black sporty interior. The changes aren't restricted to the Micra CVT and includes the Micra Active as well. Both the models will be sold along with the existing exterior shades including Brick Red, Turquoise Blue, Blade Silver, Onyx Black, Nightshade and Storm White. Nissan Micra is the most affordable CVT hatchback in the segment and is priced at 5.99 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi, while the Micra range starts at Rs. 4.55 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

The Japanese carmaker has launched the hatch with new Orange colour as orange is the colour of festival in India. The all-black interior theme, on the other hand, adds more premium touch to the cabin. It includes a black central console with piano black finish, black door trims and black seat fabric with contrast blue stitching. The Micra Active gets a black instrument panel cluster, black seat fabric and a silver-colour door armrest.
The Nissan Micra is also exported from India, which is sold in more than 100 countries across the globe. The carmaker has also sold more than 6 million units globally. The new paint scheme Micra will be made available at all 232 Nissan India showrooms in the country.
