Maruti Suzuki has launched the Swift Deca special-edition model at a price of Rs 5,94 lakh, (ex-showroom Delhi) for the VXi variant and Rs 6,86 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the VDi variant. The car is a tribute to a sport's ultimate symbol number 10, which has been associated with the world's best football players who have carried number 10 jersey on their back. The car is offered in two colours - Bright Red and Pearl White.
On the exteriors, the car gets a racing strips on the roof while the front door gets the number 10 body graphics. The car also features black coloured alloy wheels. Inside the cabin, the company has loaded the car with new features like touch screen multimedia system with Bluetooth connectivity, 4 speaker on door, steering cover and dual tone red-black seat covers.
Under the hood, the car remains the same, it is powered by a 1.2 L, K-series VVT petrol engine and a 1.3 L DDiS diesel motor. The petrol unit produces 83hp of power and 115Nm of peak torque, while the diesel engine churn out 74hp of power and 190Nm of torque. Transmission duties are carried a 5-speed manual.
