Maruti Suzuki India has inaugurated “MyNEXA Concierge”, a car display and lounge for its Nexa customers. The new facility has been opened at T3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
Under MyNEXA Concierge, the company will offer its customers services like the MyNEXA loyalty programme. The customers can choose for a loyalty card at the time of purchasing the vehicle for a one-time payment of Rs 1,000 and avail services such as dedicated seating area, free internet, iPads, massage machines, business centre and food & beverages.
The car display is not only confined to its existing customers, but also for those who are travelling out of Delhi and want to get familiar with the NEXA experience and the premium offerings by the company. R S Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “MyNEXA Concierge” airport display and lounge is an initiative which helps us create another touch point to engage and connect with our customers. “MyNEXA Concierge” represents our desire to create new and unique experiences for customers. We are committed to introduce distinctive initiatives, as NEXA redefines the purchase and ownership experience of customers.”
Spread over an area of 900 sq.ft, the newly inaugurated Nexa facility features black and white monochrome interiors. There is a separate display area to showcase the existing cars at the facility – The S-Cross and the Baleno. At present, the car maker has 150 showrooms in 94 cities.
Maruti Suzuki also reconfirmed the launch of 15 new vehicles in the country by 2020. The company has also increased the production of the Baleno hatchback from an initial capacity of 8,000 units per months to 10,000 units. At a later stage, the production will be further ramped up by 12,000 units monthly. The company's new Gujarat plant, which is under construction, will begin its trial production in January 2017. This new plant will further boost the production of its vehicle. The highly-anticipated Maruti Suzuki Ignis too has been confirmed to be launched by the end of this year.
