BMW India has launched the 3-Series 330i Gran Turismo M Sport in the country at a price tag of Rs 49.4 lakh, ex-showroom. With the launch of the new 3-Series 330i Gran Turismo M Sport, the new version now joins the BMW 320d Gran Turismo Luxury Line and the BMW 330i Gran Turismo Luxury Line. The 330i Gran Turismo M Sport is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that generates 250 hp of maximum power and 350 Nm of peak torque. The power generated by the engine is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 6.1 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph. BMW claims that it delivers an ARAI rated fuel efficiency of 15.34 kmpl.
The 330i Gran Turismo M Sport has an updated exterior, including a new front and rear bumper inspired by the M3 and new side skirts. The front grille of the car gets a new black finish and an M badge on the front fender. The German brand has also equipped the car with 18-inch M Sport alloy wheels. Also, the cabin gets sports seats, a sporty steering wheel, new headliners and M badged door-sills, as well as a heads-up display unit.
The car also features safety equipment including six airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with brake assist and dynamic stability control (DSC). The dynamic traction control (DTC), cornering brake control (CBC), side-impact protection, ISOFIX child seat mounting, run-flat tyres and crash sensor are also a part of the safety equipment.
