At the upcoming 2018 Geneva Motor Show, German automaker BMW is all set to unveil its all-new BMW X4. BMW X4 is the company’s first Sports Activity Coupe and has been a successful model for the company, globally over 2 lakh BMW X4 has been sold and the new model aims to add to that number. 2018 BMW X4 has a unique design with its signature coupe lining making it look much bolder and aggressive.
Expect premium interiors and modern driver assistance systems along with M sport suspension and variable sport steering and M powered brakes. BMW also confirms that there will two BMW M Performance models in the 2018 X4 line-up. It will be powered be a six-cylinder in-line engine and M Sport differential in the line-up. While there is no official word on the new X4 launching in India, we expect BMW India to be aggressive and launch it by 2018 festive season.
BMW will also showcase it compact SUV Coupe, BMW X2 for the first time in Europe at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. Along with the SUV stance with coupe staying the BMW X2 has a rugged character similar to other X models. Expect a range of new engines along with options of a six-speed manual gearbox, seven-speed dual-clutch Steptronic transmission and eight-speed Steptronic transmission on offer. Top variants of 2018 BMW X2 will also feature Head-Up Display with projection onto the windscreen available as options.
On the performance side, BMW M3 CS special limited edition will be showcased at Auto Expo 2018. The special edition of BMW M3 will feature an increased output, bespoke suspension, and many other exclusive types of equipment. BMW M GmbH builds on its 30-year tradition of building special-edition models based on the BMW M3 and with particularly strong motorsport inspiration. BMW M3 CS will be powered by the BMW M Twin Power technology and the six-cylinder in-line engine will shed a power of 460 hp.
