Tata Motors was expected to update the Tigor compact sedan soon, and ahead of the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo, the carmaker has announced prices for the Tigo and Tigor EV. The 2025 Tata Tigor is priced at Rs 5.99 lakh onwards, ex-showroom, while the 2025 Tata Tigor EV is priced at Rs 7.99 lakh onwards. Let’s take a closer look at the features the new Tigor range gets.
2025 Tata Tigor range — What are the changes?
The new Tata Tigor retains its familiar overall design, but gets a few tweaks to some of its elements. The new Tigor gets a tweaked front grille, along with the front and rear bumpers, giving it a fresh look. That said, the new Tata Tigor retains its alloy wheel design from the older model, along with the headlight and DRL setup.
Other changes come in the form of the list of features the sedan gets. They have been heavily rejigged and the base model now gets a digital instrument cluster, the smart steering wheel, fabric seats, airbags, ISOFIX seat anchors, and more. The range-topping variant gets a 10.3-inch infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, 360-degree camera, auto wipers and headlights, cruise control, and more.
2025 Tata Tigor and Tigor EV — Specifications
Despite cosmetic changes and added features, the powerplant remains the same on the 2025 Tigor range. The car will be offered with a 1.2-litre internal combustion engine that runs on petrol or CNG, while the all-electric version will continue with the 26kWh battery pack that offers a range of 315km on a full charge.
