We have invested about Rs 5 million in the manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi which has an installed capacity of 10,000 units. We will look at increasing the capacity of the manufacturing facility which would be decided after the rollout of the first batch vehicles next year. "
In the last eight years only 4.5 lakh electric scooters have been sold in India, with government focussing a lot on electric mobility, the company believes that there is a lot of scope for all many electric two-wheeler companies to co-exist in the industry. Twenty Two Motors is not looking at investing in dealerships rather will focus on building experience centres for it sales and bets a lot on online sales. The company is looking to sell 50,000 units in next two years.
