Royal Enfield has just introduced its first ever Garage Cafe in Goa. After almost two years of the project conceptualization, the Chennai based manufacturer finally opened gates for its Garage Cafe around 10 days back. Royal Enfield says that its new Garage Cafe serves to all, no matter if a person is related to motorcycling or not. Right now, the cafe is open from 9 AM to 1 PM and then from 7 PM till midnight. Now the company is working on finalising new shifts as well. One of the most interesting highlights of the Royal Enfield Garage Cafe is the exhibition area that well presents the brand's iconic history and heritage. The particular space has the original Interceptor 750, Crusader 250 on display besides the military bike Flee that was used during World War II. The Flee used to be dropped from airplanes and hence, it comes enclosed in a drop cage. There is also a 1:3 scale model of a Classic 500 on display that has taken almost 2 years for its making. The story of the said area does not ends here. You will also find the cross section of a 500cc engine with moving parts to demonstrate the working of an actual mill.
The new Royal Enfield Garage Cafe also has a customisation bay to encourage the customisers who don't have the resources or space to turn their imagination into reality. Here, one can find all the essentials, a tool kit, for instance, required to customise a motorcycle.
The cafe area is extended to an additional floor as well to accommodate more people. The area has been designed on the lines of a reader's room and the theme has been implemented accordingly.
Last but definitely not the least, as one would normally expect, the new Royal Enfield Garage Cafe also has a full fledged retail store where you will find the company's range of genuine apparel and accessories and not to forget, the motorcycles as well. The designated area has a wide range of riding boots, gloves, shirts, tees and much more.
