Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has just announced that it has crossed the production milestone of 35 million two-wheelers. The company has achieved this feat through its four production facilities located in different parts of the country. The said milestone makes HMSI the only two-wheeler brand in India to cross the 35-million-unit mark in last 17 years. Honda 2Wheelers India started its operations in the country back in the year 2001. The company first achieved the 10 million production mark after 11 years of its operations in the year 2012. The company says that a new customer is joining the Honda family every 5 seconds. At the recently concluded Auto Expo 2018, the company showcased a wide range of two-wheelers out of which most of them were updates to the company existing range. The company had unveiled the new 160cc X-Blade motorcycle and its best selling product Honda Activa 5G received an impressive makeover.
