Bajaj Auto has launched the new Racing Red colour of its Pulsar RS200 sports bike. The motorcycle was earlier available for sale in two colour options of Racing Blue and Graphite Black. The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Racing Red colour has been launched at a price of Rs 1.23 lakh for the non-ABS and Rs 1.35 lakh for the ABS trim (both prices, ex-showroom, Delhi). Having said that, there is no change in pricing for the new colour. Powering the Bajaj Pulsar RS200, as the name suggests is a 199.5cc, single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine mated to a six-speed transmission. The fuel injected motor is good for churning out respective power and torque figures of 24 hp and 18.6 Nm. The manufacturer claims a top speed of 141 kmph with the Pulsar RS200.
The braking to the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is done with the help of a 300mm disc brake up front along with a 240mm disc brake at the rear. A single channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) is being offered as an optional equipment to deliver added safety. The motorcycle comes with a digital-analog instrument cluster with an easy to read layout. Other features include twin projector headlamps, LED tail lamp and split step-up seats.

Besides the launch of Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Racing Red, the company has just updated its multiple models. The Pune-based manufacturer has launched the 2018 Bajaj Avenger 220 range a few days back followed by the new 2018 Dominar 400 line up. The company will miss the Auto Expo 2018 and for the first time, its former partner Kawasaki will take part in the motoring exhibition independently.
