Bajaj is set to host the second edition of an event it first hosted in 2016, the Festival of Speed. It will be held at Leisure Valley, Concrete ground at Sector 29 in Gurugram from 4 PM onwards. Bajaj Auto will be showcasing its motorcycles and hold races for motorcyclists from across the country. It is a part of a series that includes the races being being held in Hyderabad on 5th March, Chennai on 11th March, Bangalore on 19th March and in Mumbai & Pune on 2nd April. The final race will be held in Coimbatore on 9th April.
With this festival Pulsar customers can experience track racing, and the races are open for all 200cc and above motorcycles. Owners of Pulsar RS200, NS200/AS200 and Pulsar 220 will also have a chance to compete in the final race to be held at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore.
Races in Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Coimbatore will determine 36 of the event's finest racers, who will be coached for the final in Coimbatore. They will be sponsored by Bajaj, including travel, stay and training.
Entry for all Bajaj customers and other competitors will be free at the festival. The participants of the final race will compete for the Pulsar Cup along with a prize money of Rs 2.7 lakh.
Besides the races, the festival will also have a live performance by 'Raftaar', stunt shows, food joints, master classes on stunt riding, motorcycling accessories shops and cycle & skatboarding shows.
