Honda 2Wheelers India pavilion at Auto Expo 2018 drew a lot of crowds today when Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu launched a road safety campaign for the brand. Taapsee Pannu was joined by Yadvinder Singh Guleria (Senior VP – Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.) to kick-start the campaign that will promote road safety, especially the use of helmets during riding a two-wheeler, with a hashtag #HelmetOnLifeOn.
Sharing details of Honda’s latest ‘#HelmetOnLifeOn’ road safety campaign Yadvinder Singh Guleria – Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Nearly 18 million new two-wheelers coming on roads every year. As a responsible two-wheeler manufacturer, Honda is deeply committed to spreading the message of road safety for everyone. it is very important to highlight the importance of helmet usage while riding a 2Wheeler.We are glad to have Taapsee on board with us and announce Honda’s national road safety campaign #HelmetOnLifeOn. Going ahead, Honda is going to spread the ‘Helmet On, Life On mantra to road users of all groups across the country.”
The #HelmetOnLifeOn will be a nationwide campaign and is spearheaded by Honda’s road safety vertical. It will start from Honda’s 13 Traffic Training Parks across India expanding to other cities through safety events later.
Talking about #HelmetOnLifeOn, the ‘Judwa 2’ and ‘Pink’ actor and Honda’s brand Ambassador Taapsee Pannu said, “Every year on Valentine’s week, we express love with gifts to our loved ones. Refreshing her old memories of riding an Activa, Taapsee appreciated Honda’s brand new 160cc sporty motorcycle X-Blade and the 5th generation of India’s largest selling two-wheeler – Activa 5G at the Honda 2 Wheelers India pavilion.
