Auto Expo 2018, set to be held from 9 February to 14 February at India Expo Mart at Greater Noida, will host the unveiling of a brand new motorcycle by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India. Not just a two-wheeler powered by a traditional engine, Honda is also expected to showcase electric mobility options. The new Honda motorcycle and electric scooter will be revealed tomorrow at the 2018 Auto Expo. This will be the fourth product to be launched by the Japanese brand in 2017-18 after Honda Cliq, Honda Africa Twin, and Honda Grazia.
No details are so far available about the new motorcycle that Honda is set to unveil at the Auto Expo 2018, however, speculations suggest that it could be the Honda CX-02, which was first showcased at Auto Expo 2016 as a concept.
Honda CX-02, in its concept stage, featured inverted forks and radially mounted brake callipers along with an aluminium swingarm. Finer details on the motorcycle will be known tomorrow, and we will be reporting live from the venue.
Honda PCX electric concept is the other big thing from the brand at the 2018 Auto Expo. It was first showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show, and is a premium offering slated to go on sale Japan and other Asian markets later in 2018.
Besides launching a new motorcycle and showcasing an electric scooter, Honda will also bring a fancier treat for fans at the Auto Expo 2018 in the form of Marc Marquez’s 2017 MotoGP winning bike RC213V and the 2017 Honda One Make Race CBR 250R.
