Krishnan Ranganathan is a distinguished financial leader and educator, formerly the Executive Director at Nomura India, where he served as the Head of Risk, Finance, and Operations Change. With a career spanning several decades in global investment banking, he has transitioned into a prominent Guest Faculty and thought leader at India’s premier B-schools, including IIM Bangalore and N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management.
During his tenure at Nomura, Krishnan was at the forefront of some of the most complex institutional shifts in the banking sector. Krishnan possesses a rare “Triple Crown” of professional certifications combined with elite global academic credentials. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), and Company Secretary (CS) from India. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and a member of the Young Scholars Initiative at the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
