Dr. Kanishk Agrawal is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Judge Group India (a division of The Judge Group, a global leader in technology, talent, and learning solutions). With a career spanning over two decades, Agrawal is a prominent voice in the Indian tech ecosystem, known for his work in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing, and Digital Sustainability.
He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and the MIT Technology Review Global Insights Panel, and as of 2026, he is increasingly recognized for his “intelligence-first” approach to enterprise growth.
Agrawal has been a pivotal leader at the Judge Group since 2017, driving the firm’s transition into an innovation-led technology hub. n alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Calcutta, he is currently a doctoral candidate at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, where his research focuses on the intersection of innovation and business agility.
