ITC Infotech has announced a strategic partnership with Google Cloud to strengthen its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and transform itself into an agentic-first enterprise. As part of the collaboration, the company will deploy Gemini Enterprise across its own operations before offering similar AI-led transformation services to customers worldwide, according to an official statement.

The move is aimed at helping ITC Infotech gain hands-on experience with Google’s AI platform, allowing it to develop implementation frameworks and best practices that can later be used by enterprises looking to adopt AI at scale.

Under the partnership, ITC Infotech will act as its own “customer zero” by implementing, testing and scaling Gemini Enterprise internally. The company says this approach will help it validate AI use cases and create proven deployment methodologies before taking them to the market.

Commenting on the announcement, Manas Chakraborty, Managing Director & CEO, ITC Infotech, said:

ITC Infotech plans to integrate Gemini Enterprise across multiple business functions to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.

In software engineering, the company will use its Antigravity platform to accelerate application development, simplify legacy code migration, reduce code complexity and speed up modernization projects.

Beyond engineering, Gemini Enterprise will be integrated into HR, finance, legal and administrative functions. ITC Infotech says AI will help automate processes such as drafting RFPs, managing employee service requests and improving invoice auditing, the statement mentioned.

As part of the collaboration, ITC Infotech and Google Cloud will establish dedicated AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in multiple cities. These centres will focus on developing Google Cloud AI expertise, creating industry-specific AI frameworks and building enterprise-ready AI solutions.

The company also plans to commercialise AI accelerators for sectors such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, hospitality and manufacturing by combining its internal deployment experience with industry expertise.
