WestBridge Invests $4 M In BPO Firm

WestBridge Capital Partners announced Monday that it has invested $4 million in Indecomm Global Services (IGS) a BPO company focused on healthcare administration and financial transaction processing.

WestBridge Capital Partners managing director KP Balaraj and operating director Shailesh Mehta, will join the board of Indecomm. WestBridge led a $5 million financing, which also included Acer Technology Ventures.

WestBridge has identified remote services as a key focus area for their investments and has been actively evaluating companies in the Indian BPO sector.

The investment in Indecomm falls in line with this philosophy, a company press release said.

IGS has developed expertise in the application of imaging technology and process work-flow to enhance its service offering to provide customers a complete end-to-end solution.

The company has several blue chip healthcare and financial services customers in the US.
