The company, which is coming up with its about Rs 100 crore initial public offering (IPO) during the second half of next month, will jointly produce the film with the Hollywood-based studio. UTV Motion Pictures has been on the lookout for a tie-up for the past one year now. The English film is based on a novel and the star cast includes Indian as well as international actors. The director of the film is also a reputed name abroad, said UTV group chief executive officer Ronnie Screwvala. The shooting of the film is expected to begin in March and would wrap up by 2006, he added.
