Silver Hits Rs 10,485

Silveices shot up by Rs 125 per kilo to close at an all-time high of Rs 10,485 on the bullion market here on Wednesday due to heavy bouts of buying after a sharp rise in the overseas prices.

Gold also closed smartly higher on good support along with firm global advices.

Ready silver (.999 fineness) opened at a new high of Rs 10,465 and rallied further on heavy buying, before closing at an all-time high Rs 10,485, showing a steep rise of Rs 125 over yesterdays close of Rs 10,360.
