This is Shah Rukh Khan and co-star Deepika Padukone's fifth film in the Rs 100 crore club, a must-achieve first target for every big film in Bollywood.
Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Chennai Express' and Hrithik Roshan's 'Krissh 3' were the fastest films to reach the 100 crore mark behind Dhoom 3, that is in just 4 days. This year, the first film to open the roster for the 100 crore club was the Salman Khan starrer 'Jai Ho' that crossed the Rs 100 cr mark in eight days. But the fastest entrants this year have been another Salman movie 'Kick' and Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif starrer 'Bang Bang' and Ajay Devgn's 'Singham Returns'. All three films reached the mark in 5 days.
