The mall is in its final stages of construction.
This association with Inox Leisure, the diversification venture of the Inox Group, will involve operations of the four-theatre Inox multiplex, which is set to cover a built-up area of 37,000 square feet and has a seating capacity of 1,100 on its third floor.
The theatres will show a mix of Hindi, English and regional films.
The mall will provide a complete international shopping experience to families, said Sahara India Housing director I Ahmed, there will movies, hi-tech virtual reality games, food courts and ozone bars.
Considering that parking constraints contribute significantly to the success of any mall, the proprieters will be placing special importance on a professional parking management system, the logistics of which have been outsourced to South African firm, InterPark ICS.
The endeavour has been to define new parameters in the standards of international retailing with a wholesome package of shopping and entertainment, said Mr Ahmed, and this association shall be a major step towards this ambitious plan.
He also announced that Sahara would be working on infusing similar quality standards to its malls across the country.
