The company was founded in 1999. Joseph Siegelman, founder and co-CEO of OfficeTiger said: The new partnership will provide huge scale and vastness to our current business expanding us in wider geographies.
As part of the new agreement, UK-based Astron BPOs Chennai and Sri Lanka units will become a part of OfficeTiger, all under the RRD umbella.
OfficeTiger will become the BPO division of RRD.
We see the combined OfficeTiger-Astron platform in the BPO space as defining a hybrid onsite-offshore solution that covers the US as well as Europe with a local presence on the ground. We will be adding to OfficeTigers strength in banking, publishing, legal and corporate customers, Astrons government, credit card and insurance clientele.
