Dhanlaxmi Bank hikes deposit rates

Dhanlaxmi Bank on Monday hiked its domestic term deposit rates by 0.50-1%, across select maturities. The new rates, effective from Monday, are applicable for domestic term deposits up to and including Rs 50-lakh for various maturities from 180-days to less than two-years. Interest rate on deposits with a maturity period between 180-365-days has been increased by 1% to 7.50% per annum.

SBT hikes lending rate to 13.25%

State Bank of Travancore on Monday said it decided to raise benchmark prime lending rate to 13.25% from the existing rate of 13%. The new BPLR will be effective from December 1.State Bank of Travancore shares on Monday ended at Rs 786.25 on National Stock Exchange, down 0.53% from previous close.
