Government has said cases of internet fraud involving ATM debit and credit cards have seen a decline over the last three years but the amount in such transactions has increased. According to RBI, fraud on account of ATM debit, credit cards and internet have fell from 15,018 in 2010 to 8,322 in 2012, said telecom minister Kapil Sibal.

Global regulators will ask the public for more comments before publishing a report on how to fix financial benchmarks after the Libor interest-rate rigging scandal, US derivatives regulators said. They will release a report by late spring or summer that lays out basic guidelines for financial benchmarks, the regulators said.
