JLR to unveil Evoque convertible concept
Tata Motors-owned British marque Jaguar Land Rover will unveil the convertible concept of its latest premium sports utility vehicle (SUV), Range Rover Evoque, at the Geneva Motor Show next month. The Evoque convertible concept vehicle will explore the potential for the worlds first premium convertible SUV, the company said.
Sikorsky, Tata to develop Hyderabad as chopper hub
Tata Advanced Systems and American firm Sikorsky are planning to develop Hyderabad as a major hub for producing their S-92 Superhawk helicopters by the end of 2013. The two companies have approached the government for a defence licence.

NEI talks to acquire foreign firm in advanced stage
CK Birla Group firm National Engineering Industries (NEI) is in an advanced stage of making an overseas acquisition for which it has earmarked up to $50 million, a company official said. At present, the firm is engaged in talks with 5-6 European and American companies for a possible takeover.
Indsur Global to invest R200 cr for expansion
Casting and auto-component maker Indsur Global plans to invest around R200 crore over the next few years to fund its expansion plans, including doubling of capacity at its plants in Vadodara, Aurangabad and China. The company produces a wide range of steel pipes, wires, castings and copper wire rods.
