QAI launches a six sigma Master Black Belt Certification Apprenticeship Program

Additionally, these MBB candidates will be individually mentored on internationally recognized MATRIZ Level 1 certification program by MATRIZ authorized teachers and trainers.

QAI Global Services recently launched a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) Certification Program where the professionals will be trained and certified through coaching and mentoring as an apprentice under a QAI certified Master Coach and experienced consultant. Recognizing the key gap in conventional Master Black belt trainings that tend to only teach more statistical tools, QAI has introduced its MBB course that ensures that it develops strong thinkers as leaders to lead an organizational change challenge, by blending leadership, Project Management, thinking skills and statistical tools that ensures a more complete development of a Master.

QAI?s Six Sigma Master Black Belt Program is a blend of different delivery modes like one-on-one remote mentoring, classroom learning and webinars that cover the various dimensions of the profile of a MBB like Project Management, etc. This allows the needs of working professionals to be addressed by allowing them to complete the certification at their own pace. This model is the first of it?s kind and has already generated a lot of curiosity in the industry because of it?s unique working model.

Additionally, these MBB candidates will be individually mentored on internationally recognized MATRIZ Level 1 certification program by MATRIZ authorized teachers and trainers. MATRIZ or the International Association of TRIZ is the international authority recognized by organizations such GE, Intel, Siemens, Motorola, LG, Samsung, Unilever, P&G and many other leading organizations. These organizations have trained thousands of their staff on MATRIZ Body of Knowledge to make the process of innovation structured and predictable.
