Punjab third in MPLADS funds use

Punjab has 93% of utilisation of MP Local Area Development Scheme, with the state having spent Rs 418 crore out of the total receipt of Rs 458 crore since 1993, it was officially stated on Friday. Punjab is ranked third after Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh, it was informed at a meeting of the state level review panel for MPLADS held on Friday, under the chairmanship of Ramesh Inder Sineh, chief secretary Punjab.
