As per the memorandum of understanding (MoU), APTS will have access to world-class middleware products and expertise from Pramati to tap middleware technologies available on Java to Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platform.
APTS will work on emerging industry initiatives pertaining to J2EE and build strong Intellectual Property (IP) in the technology solutions, from the viewpoint of product development, consulting and turnkey solutions offering, said Pramati in a press release here.
APTS is also entitled to procure Pramatis licences at special prices for the government department, and a price discount of 45 per cent on all Pramati products.
This is a landmark agreement, in which Pramati will work in close association with APTS for projects within and outside AP government to develop standardised, secure and effective software systems for various e-governance projects, said Sathya Narayan, vice-president, Pramati Technologies.
Randeep Sudan, managing director, APTS, said the strategic agreement with Pramati will bring substantial value from technology spending.
