The Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Haider’ box office collections have improved over their first days take, but barely. Whether it is in India, or abroad, the collections are average at best.
While every one expected it to play second-fiddle to the other major release of the week, Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Bang Bang’, but a long-long weekend had promised a much better show. However, that never happened.
In fact, a standout performance was not managed by ‘Bang Bang’ either, despite having everything working for it.
So, while on day 1, Haider box office collections were Rs 6.14 crore, on day 2 these climbed up to Rs 6.93 crore.
Still, the long weekend beckons and Shahid Kapoor and ‘Haider’ may well emerge with a much better show.
If you add the global box office collections to the tally, it all adds up to Rs 15.07 crore.
