The leadership team will comprise Mr Vijay Malhotra as senior partner, Mr Ian Gomes as country managing partner and Mr Rupendra Singh as chief operating officer.

According to Mr Dalal the firm is now of such a size that the reponsibilities of leadership need to be spread more widely.

Mr Malhotra is also a senior partner of the lower Gulf practice and will continue in this role. He will chair the leadership team.

Mr Gomes is currently a partner with the KPMG UK practice. He will concentrate mainly on sales and the marketplace, and be ambassador of the firm in India.
