The new World Bank report on global economy is contradictory (Two exceptions). The report estimates that growth would be worse (by a shrinkage of 2.9% in global GDP in 2009) than what was seen in its earlier report in April. This shows that the Bank lacks the parameters to forecast the global economic growth presciently. The Bank should realise that mere conjectures have the potential to create even more chaos in the markets.
