Addressing a crowded press conference here, Delhi police commissioner KK Paul on Sunday said 30-year old Tariq Ahmed Dar masterminded the serial blasts along with two other Lashkar operatives, Abu-al-Qama and Abu Huzefa. Dar, who was working as a sales representative of pharma firm Johnson & Johnson, financed and coordinated the operation personally.
According to the police, Rs 4.86 lakh was deposited in Tariqs HDFC account in Srinagar just days before the blast.
