India, Korea bilateral talks today

India and South Korea will sign an agreement here on Monday for waiving visa requirements for diplomatic and official passport holders and hold extensive parleys for bolstering bilateral cooperation.

Korean foreign minister Ban Ki-Moon, who is on a three- day visit, will co-chair with external affairs minister K Natwar Singh the fourth Korea-India joint commission.
