IILM Business School, Bhubaneswar, has included life skill in its curriculum with an aim to improve the placement of its students in top-notch companies.
“As surveys of CEOs and HR managers show that life skill is being considered as an important parameter for employability, we have included it in our curriculum,” said the dean of the school, Nityananda Jati. Life skill programme includes classes on soft skills like mannerism, style, dressing up, social movements, voice modulation, industry writing, presentation skills and reporting and analysis, he added.
IILM Business School offers MBA courses in marketing, finance, information technology, HR, international business, operations, and retail & supply chain management, among others.
