Electrolux Launches Net-based Forum For Dealers

White goods major Electrolux Kelvinator Limited (EKL) has launched an Internet-based dealer community—Electrolux Dealer Universe (EDU). The EDU is a virtual community of over 500 Electrolux dealers that intends to provide an interactive forum over the Net for dealers across the country, focusing on knowledge as power.

With over 500 distributors and 6,000 retailers across the country, EKL—with the launch of EDU— plans to develop a stronger dealer community ensuring customised learning, help manage customers and create an opportunity to develop new business skills. The EDU will also allow for consistent knowledge transfer to improve sales and customer orientation and will help create a stronger community addressing the needs of their dealers.
