A bench headed by Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed, which had earlier stayed the operation of the notice till April 19, sent the matter back to the Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) for fresh examination, asking it not to take any coercive action against the company till then, and decide the matter on or before May 31.
