The philosophies meted out by books have always captivated me. Thats where I got my lifes best advice. It was from a book called Fish! The suggestion came at a time when I was given the chance to create Cellebrum in 2004. The time required many changes in me as well as the team. The book helped me see things in a new light and gave me a positive outlook towards this transition period. In general, one does not want to settle for anything less then what one is passionate about and continues ones search for the perfect workplace. The danger is that in our quest for ideal work we focus so much on the future that we miss out on the present. Fish! taught me about finding the deep source of energy, creativity and passion that exists within each of us; by learning to love what we do even if at that point of our life we may not be doing exactly what we love. I found myself energised by the message and clearly saw the potential of applying the concepts to the new environment.
