Balaji has been with Xerox for over 30 years, most recently being at the helm of Post Sales Operations at Xerox India, and was responsible for setting up the national service network for Xerox.
He held roles as a customer service engineer, in technical support, product training and manufacturing. He played a key role in the launch of the first laser printer and fax machine in India, and setting up the service organization for the high-end (Production color & mono) printers in India.
Commenting on the leadership change at Xerox India, Rajat Jain, Managing Director, Xerox India said, Balajis first-hand customer service experience along with his wide knowledge of the market, Xerox offerings and the channel ecosystem gives him a deep understanding of the business. With this expertise, we are sure that he will be able to take the Technology & Channels business to new heights. We wish him the very best for his new role.
