Before joining Right Management, Belani was Country Head for Watson Wyatt Indias Human Capital Consulting. She has 21 years experience in senior strategic human resources positions with organizations like Sun Microsystems, KPMG LLP and Jardine Fleming among others.
Belani holds a masters degree in business administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a bachelors degree in economics from Miranda House, Delhi University.
As Belani joins the company, Anil Sachdev is stepping down from his CEO role and is becoming a special advisor to Right Management India. Over the years, Sachdev has been instrumental in helping the growth of the business and in building a very strong consulting team in preparation for his transition.
