Air-India has been severely affected by the Mumbai rains as its servers and electronic equipment located at Santa Cruz that control the international airlines global network have been damaged. Bookings on the website have been suspended. As our systems are not working, the staff has to manually do the transactions. As a result, the flights are delayed, said chairman and managing director V Thulasidas.
