In a circular issued to the chambers of commerce representing companies in this region, the DCA has said the companies might deposit their fees by way of challans in these PNB branches but documents were to be filed in the office of the Registrar of Companies on or before the prescribed last date, which was 30 days in respect of balance sheets and other documents and 60 days for annual returns. In case of late filing of the documents, additional fees would be levied as per the provisions of the Companies Act of 1956.
The additional branches of PNB or payment of fees relating to revenue of the DCA from the companies over and above the existing branches of the bank that have been engaged in Delhi, Noida and Faridabad for accepting fees are Lodhi Road, ECE House, Parliament Street, Okhla Industrial Estate, Nariana, NIT, Faridabad, Noida Sector 27, Preet Vihar, Tolstoy House, Janpath, Nehru Place, Darya Ganj, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, Kamla Nagar and Rajendra Place.
