The US Justice Department has identified 12 cases of foreign-born individuals, including Indian native Debashis Ghosh, who are facing denaturalisation for serious offences such as war crimes, supporting terrorist groups, and sexual abuse. Ghosh, who is also under investigation for fraud, is among those flagged by the DOJ.
