The Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) is no longer the sole Market Coupling Operator (MCO) as Grid India has been designated by the CERC. This has resulted in a decline in IEX’s share price, but their net profit and revenue have shown growth in the third quarter of FY. The new regulations will be implemented in phases, with Grid India taking charge of the coupling process.
