Goa police have launched a strict enforcement drive to prevent non-consensual photography and forced selfies on the state’s beaches. Those found taking photos without consent or harassing tourists, particularly foreign women, can be detained under preventive action. Beach patrols have been intensified and recent incidents have led to FIRs and arrests of perpetrators.
