The Horizon Industrial Parks IPO, valued at Rs 2,600 crore and supported by Blackstone, is now open for subscription until August 19 at a price range of Rs 57-60 per share. While the entire issue is a fresh one, a significant portion of the funds raised will be used to pay off debt.
