The US and Iran have reached an agreement to end military operations and negotiate a final deal within 60 days. The MoU includes provisions for the US to lift its naval blockade and sanctions on Iran, while Iran will allow safe passage for commercial vessels and discuss the Strait of Hormuz. The US will also contribute to a $300 billion reconstruction fund for Iran, despite previous denials.
