BPCL has adapted to disruptions in West Asian oil supply by increasing spot crude purchases and diversifying sourcing. They have also procured US LPG cargoes and plan to add 1,000 fuel stations by FY27. Despite challenges, their gross refining margin for FY26 was $11.74 per barrel.
