The implementation of CETA, a trade agreement between India and the UK, has been delayed due to the UK’s restrictions on steel imports. Both sides are working on a solution to officially sign the agreement. However, the UK’s announcement of new measures to limit tariff-free steel imports will impact India’s exports. The CETA aims to double bilateral trade by 2030.
