India and Canada are set to finalize the Terms of Reference (TOR) for their Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) during Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney’s visit to India next month. This will be the third attempt to negotiate the agreement, with the aim of doubling bilateral trade to $50 billion by 2030.
