Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited

The RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group has acquired a 1.4 GW solar portfolio from ReNew Solar Power for Rs 4,859 crore, as part of the surge in mid-sized mergers and acquisitions in the renewable energy sector. This is one of many deals in the past six months, as companies aim to expand their portfolios through inorganic growth.
